Main Dish - Chicken Breast Casserole

Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 2 cans cream soup (mushroom or chicken)
  • 1 package cubed stuffing (Pepperidge Farms)

Preparation

Step 1

Cook chicken in water until tender. Cool. Debone.
Cube chicken and place in casserole dish.
Cover with soup.
Reheat broth to boiling and pour over stuffing to moisten. Add more water if needed to moisten. (Do not want too wet.)
Put dressing over soup mixture.
Bake at 350 for 45 minutes to 1 hour. (Brown and bubbly.)
