Ingredients
- 3 or 4 lbs of beef rump roast
- 6 bouillon cubes
- 1 package good seasons dry Italian salad dressing
- 3 cloves of garlic or 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 jar pepperoncini peppers (use half the juice)
- Salt (to taste)
- pepper (to taste)
Preparation
Step 1
Put meat in the pan with good seasoning pack over the meat and in the water ,add enough water to cover the meat , add bouillon cubes, half the juice from the pepperoncini pepper and all the peppers ,garlic and a little salt and pepper to taste
Don't forget to slice your beef and set high temp around 400F. But add more water if it cooks under the meat it will take two to three hours but check the water once in a while
If you cook on 300F, you will need to cook for a longer period of time.
Use Corning ware a square (8x8) or something comparable.
