Ingredients
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted
- 3 cups rolled oats
- 2 cups dates, pitted
- 1 cup flaked or shredded coconut
- 1/2 cup unsalted peanuts
- 1/2 cup wheat germ
- 1/4 cup nonfat dry milk powder
Preparation
Step 1
In large mixing bowl, combine honey, peanut butter and butter to blend. Stir in remaining ingredients.
Spread evenly in glreased 10 x 15 inch baking pan. Bake in 300°F oven 45 to 55 minutes until toasted and golden.
Stir mixture several times during baking. Cool completely.
Store in air tight container.
