Ingredients
- Dry Rub -
- 1/4 C. Brown Sugar
- 1/4 tsp. White Pepper
- 1 tsp. each Garlic Salt, Cumin, Paprika, Chili Powder and Oregano
- 20 shakes of Pepper
- BBQ Sauce of choice (Loved Sweet Baby Ray's Hawaiian or Yuengling Lager Honey Barbecue)
- St. Louis Style Ribs
Preparation
Step 1
- Remove membrane from ribs and cut away extra flap of tough meat
across the top and discard
- Line baking pan with foil
- Sprinkle half of dry rub on back side and rub in
- Place on foil (rub side down) and repeat rub on the top side
- Bake uncovered for 2 hours
- Remove from oven and pour BBQ sauce all over ribs
- Cover pan with foil and bake an additional 2 hours
- Unwrap, brush with more BBQ sauce and broil on low until sauce bubbles
(about 10 minutes)
