Ingredients
- DRESSING:
- 1/2 can (28oz.) turkey
- 1 cup julienne cut carrots
- 1 cup julienne cut cucumber
- 2/3 cup green onion strips
- 1 cup fresh bean sprouts
- 1 head of lettuce
- 2 tbsp. peanut or olive oil
- 2 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 1/2 tsp. soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp salt, optional
- (may substitute Italian dressing)
Preparation
Step 1
Cut turkey chunks in bite size pieces. In large salad bowl, toss turkey, lettuce, carrots, cucumber, green onion and bean sprouts. Refrigerate. In small bowl, combine dressing ingredients. Refrigerate. Add dressing before serving.
