Ingredients
- 2 melons (cantaloupe or honeydew)
- 1/2 lb. thinly sliced prosciutto, cut into strips
- 2 bunches fresh chives, trimmed, blanched
Preparation
Step 1
Seed and remove rind from melons; cut into 2" chunks. Wrap with prosciutto and tie with chives (or skewer with toothpicks).
