Ingredients
- Topping:
- 1/3 cup brown Sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- Batter:
- 2/3 cup white sugar
- 1/2 cup butter
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1 3/4 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 apple peeled & chopped
Preparation
Step 1
Topping: mix brown sugar and cinnamon separate and leave in small bowl
Batter: Mix the remaining ingredients as cake method
Pour 1/2 batter in 9X5 loaf pan. Push cut up apple in batter then put brown sugar and cinnamon on top. Repeat. Make sure apples are pushed into the batter.
Bake @ 350 for 40-50 minutes
