Chopped Ham Salad

Serve on low calorie crackers, cucumber slices or low calorie rye bread.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups left over ham, chopped in a Vitamix
  • 1 cup finely diced celery
  • 1/4 finely minced onion
  • 1 tsp Dijon Mustard
  • 1 tsp Sriracha Mustard
  • 1/4 cup sweet pickle relish, rinsed and drained
  • 1/4 cup low fat mayo
  • 1/4 non fat plain Greek yogurt
  • Pinch of red pepper flakes
