- 2 cups left over ham, chopped in a Vitamix
- 1 cup finely diced celery
- 1/4 finely minced onion
- 1 tsp Dijon Mustard
- 1 tsp Sriracha Mustard
- 1/4 cup sweet pickle relish, rinsed and drained
- 1/4 cup low fat mayo
- 1/4 non fat plain Greek yogurt
- Pinch of red pepper flakes
