Ingredients
- 2 lb Salmon fillet
- 1 cedar plank soaked in water for 30 minutes
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 tbsp canola oil
- 1 tbsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp cayenne pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat grill
Place salmon skin side down on the cedar plant. In small bowl combine sugar, oil, thyme and cayenne. Spread over salmon
Place plank on grill and cook, covered, until the salmon flakes.
cook 20-30 minutes
In oven
350 oven
Place cedar plank on baking sheet. Roast 20-25 minutes
