Ingredients
- 2 teaspoons kosher salt
- 1 tablespoon porcini powder (grind dried porcinis in spice grinder)
- 1 teaspoon granulated garlic
- 2 teaspoons chopped fresh thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon dried mint
- 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
- 2 teaspoons fresh ground black pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Brush meat with olive oil. Sprinkle rub generously on all sides. Wrap and marinate 2 hours at room temperature or overnight in refridgerator.
