Ingredients
- 1 T Kosher salt for every 4 pounds of turkey
Preparation
Step 1
Wash turkey and dry. Sprinkle inside of turkey with salt. Salt the breast, sides. Concentrate on thick part of breast and thighs. Place in brining bag breast side up in fridge. Chill for 3 days. Massage everyday.Night before remove from bag, wipe dry and place breast up uncovered for 8 hours. Day of cooking leave at room temp 1 hour before cooking.
