Ingredients
- 16 ounces cream cheese
- 4 tablespoons milk
- 4 tablespoons green pepper, grated
- 4 tablespoons onion, grated
- 6 ounces dried chipped beef, chopped
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped (optional)
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Combine cream cheese and milk in saucepan over low heat, until cheese melts.
Add green pepper, onion, chipped beef and sour cream. Mix well.
Pour mixture into small greased casserole dish (about 1 1/2 quart size). Top with nuts, if desired.
Bake for 20 minutes. Serve with crackers.
