Apple Cake

Ingredients

• 1 cup of oil
• 1 cup of brown sugar
• 1 cup white sugar
• 3 eggs
• 2 1/2 cups flour
• 2 tsp baking powder
• 1 tsp baking soda
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• 3 tbs plus Tia Maria or Kaluha
• 3 1/2 apples

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oven 325
Cream together oil, brown and white sugars, beat in eggs and Tia Maria.
Sift flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and cinnamon.
Incorporate flour mixture in batches into egg mixture.
With wooden spoon mix in apples
Bake for about 1 1/2 hours. for the first halt hour (approx.) cover the cake with foil and continue to bake till done.
