Ingredients
- cod fillets
- 1/2 cup flour + 1 TBS
- 1/2 TBS baking soda
- 1/2 tsp lemon zest
- pinch cayanne pepper
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 egg whisked
Preparation
Step 1
Mix dry ingredients. Whisk in water and egg. Dip fish into coating. Fry at 350 degrees
