Ingredients
- 2 lbs. large raw shrimp[ if using precooked shrimp, cook time will be much less, approx. 2-3 mins brown time]
- 3 cloves garlic finely minced
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 2 tbsps. chopped parsley
- 1/4 c olive oil
- 1/4 c butter melted
- 1/8 freshly ground pepper
- 2 tbsps. lemon juice
Preparation
Step 1
preheat boiler...shell and devein shrimp if needed, leaving tail on, split each shrimp length wise, 1/2 inch from opposite tail end, combine all remaining ingredients,mix well, dip shrimp into seasoning mix, place in shallow pan, single layer, pour remaining sauce over top of shrimp, broil 6-8 mins, remove to plate pour sauce over top
