Kathy's Salsa

Ingredients

  • 2 cans original Rotel tomatoes
  • juice from one lime
  • 1 minced clove garlic
  • 1 small can fireroasted tomatoes
  • 1/2-1 tsp. cumin
  • 1 tsp. chili powder
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbs chopped cilantro

Preparation

Step 1

Put all ingredients, except cilantro, in blender and blend to desired consistancy. Put in bowl and stir in cilantro. Serve with chips.
