El Guapo Guacamole

Great on Mexican dishes in not eaten with chips prior.

Ingredients

  • 3 large ripe (black and soft) avocados
  • 1/2 large white onion (minced)
  • 2 large garlic cloves
  • 1 tbs olive oil
  • 1 tbs sour cream
  • 1 tsp salt or to taste
  • 2 tbs lime juice

Preparation

Step 1

Halve the avocadoes and remove pits and skin. Mash avocadoes add other ingredients blend well. Adjust to taste. Chill and serve.
