Ingredients
- 1 T. olive oil
- 2 T. freshly squeezed lime juice
- 1/2 cup Chardonnay wine
- 1 T. dry mustard
- 1 tsp. mustard seeds
- 1 T. chili powder ( I use less)
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 4 T. finely chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 pound swordfish steaks
Preparation
Step 1
Combine all ingredients in a large food storage bag. Shake well to mix. Add swordfish steaks and marinate at least 2 hours, turning bag often.
Grill over direct high heat about 5 minutes per side
