Chardonnay Cilantro Grilled Swordfish

Ingredients

  • 1 T. olive oil
  • 2 T. freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 1/2 cup Chardonnay wine
  • 1 T. dry mustard
  • 1 tsp. mustard seeds
  • 1 T. chili powder ( I use less)
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • 4 T. finely chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 pound swordfish steaks

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients in a large food storage bag. Shake well to mix. Add swordfish steaks and marinate at least 2 hours, turning bag often.

Grill over direct high heat about 5 minutes per side
