Honey/Beer Marinade for Pork

Ingredients

• 3 pork chops
• 1/4 cup beer
• 2 tbsp. honey
• 2 tbsp. Dijon mustard
• 1 tbsp. canola oil
• 1 1/2 tsp. onion powder
• 1/2 tsp. crushed rosemary
• 1/4 tsp. salt
• 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
• Pinch ground black pepper

Step 1

Mix ingredients and marinade pork at least 2 hours.
