Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 cup of salsa
- 1 pkg. taco seasoning
- 1 can of cream of mushroom
- 1/2 cup reduced fat sour cream (separate, added the day from cooking)
Preparation
Step 1
Add all ingredients, except sour cream, freeze flat. Thaw, cook on low for 6-8 hours. Stir in sour cream at the end and serve over rice.
