Ingredients
- 1 can chickpeas rinsed
- 1 or 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 kirby cucumber
- 3 or 4 scallions
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- salt and pepper

Add all ingredients and toss well.
