Ingredients
- 3 lb tomatoes
- 1 C diced onion
- 1-2 diced, seeded fresh jalapenos
- 1/2 bunch cilantro (3 oz)
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp garlic powder
Preparation
Step 1
Dice jalapenos in 1/4-inch pieces (add more if you want a spicier taste).
Finely dice cilantro.
Mix ingredients adding salt and garlic powder.
Chill or serve at room temp.
Use with any Mexican dish or just as dipping with corn chips.
