Ingredients

  • 3

    lb tomatoes

  • 1

    C diced onion

  • 1-2

    diced, seeded fresh jalapenos

  • ½

    bunch cilantro (3 oz)

  • 1

    tsp salt

  • 1

    tsp garlic powder

Directions

Dice jalapenos in 1/4-inch pieces (add more if you want a spicier taste). Finely dice cilantro. Mix ingredients adding salt and garlic powder. Chill or serve at room temp. Use with any Mexican dish or just as dipping with corn chips.
