Red Pepper Sauce

Ingredients

  • 4 ripe plum tomatoes
  • 4 whole roasted red peppers, seeded3 roasted garlic cloves
  • 1 tablespoon EVOO
  • 1 small cooked onion

Preparation

Step 1

Add all ingredients into blender and blend on high.

Pour mixture into saucepan. Simmer 35-40 minutes.

serve over pasta, grilled halibut, chilean sea bass, or pan seared tilapia.

*It is necessary to saute onions & garlic on stove top in order to infuse the flavors
