Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients

• Cream together:
• 1 1/2 cup shortening
• 3 eggs
• 1 large can pumpkin (28 oz)
• 4-5 cups chocolate chips
• Sift together:
• 3 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
• 1 1/2 teaspoons soda
• 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 5 cups flour

Preparation

Bake at 375° F. for 12-15 minutes.
