Ingredients
- For 3 large peppers, 1 large onion:
- 2 cups white wine
- 1/2 cup white wine vinegar
- 1/2 cup rice vinegar
- 1/4 cup of balsamic vinegar (or use more of other 2 vinegars)
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tsp sea salt
Preparation
Step 1
Wisk together all ingredients.
Thinly slice peppers and onion, cover with brine and allow to sit. Will keep for weeks in fridge.
