Ingredients
- 6 oz. spicy sausage
- 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- Jalepeno peppers
- 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 lb. wonton skins
Preparation
Step 1
Remove sausage from casing and combine with beef and onion. Saute until beef turns brown. Pour off excess fat.
Add peppers and cheese and cook only until cheese begins to melt. Fill each wonton skin with 2 tsp. filling. Roll.
Deep fry in oil.
