oz. spicy sausage
lb. ground beef
medium onion, chopped
cup sharp cheddar cheese, grated
lb. wonton skins
Remove sausage from casing and combine with beef and onion. Saute until beef turns brown. Pour off excess fat. Add peppers and cheese and cook only until cheese begins to melt. Fill each wonton skin with 2 tsp. filling. Roll. Deep fry in oil.
