Asian Salad Scoops

Ingredients

  • 1/2 lbs(250g) lean ground beef
  • 2 tbs hoisin sauce
  • 1/2 c shredded lettace
  • 1/4 c matchstick carrots
  • 1/2 c finely chopped mango
  • 1/4 c cilantro
  • 2 tbs sour cream
  • 1 tb sweet Thai chili sauce

Preparation

Step 1

In skillet over medium high heat cook beef breaking into small pieces for 5 mins or until browned. Stir in hoisin sauce, cook for 3 mins. Cool slightly. Arrange scoops on platter. Divide he beef evenly between chips. Top with lettace, carrot, mango and cilantro. Stir the sour cream with chili sauce. Dollop over each chip.
