Ingredients

  • 5 garlic cloves
  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 1 c. chicken broth
  • 1 c. heavy whipping cream
  • 1 c. fresh Parmesan or Romano Cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Saute garlic in butter over low heat. Add broth, simmer 5 minutes. Add whipping cream & simmer until thickened. Pour over cooked pasta & toss w/ grated cheese.
