Ingredients
- Filling
- 2 Tbps Butter
- 2 Shallots chopped
- salt/pepper
- 6 large shrimp
- 1/2 c crab
- 1 c grated parmesan
- 1 c milk
- 2 Tbps flour
- crepes (standard recipe)
- Bechamel
- 3 T butter
- 1/3 c flour
- 1 1/2 c milk
- grated nutmeg
Preparation
Step 1
Filling
melt butter in skillet, add chopped shallots and cook until translucent. Season with Salt/pepper. Add raw shrimp chopped in chunks. Add crab and cook. When Shrimp are barely cooked, mix flour into milk and mix until smooth. Add to skillet, add parmesan and cook until thickened.
Take a portion of filling and roll up into crepe burrito style. Put in a glass baking dish. repeat until all filling is used (6 or 7).
Bechamel
melt butter in saucepan. Whisk in flour until smooth and slightly cooked. Whisk in Milk. Add grated nutmeg. Cook stirring constantly until smooth and thick.
Pour over seafood canneloni. Bake at 350 20-25 minutes.
