Beer Bread

Ingredients

  • 3 C. Self-rising Flour
  • 3 T. Sugar
  • 1/4 C. Butter, melted
  • 1 ) 12 oz. can Beer

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients to combine (don't over-mix) Dough will be thick.

Pour into greased bread pan.

BAKE 375 45 minutes or until top is golden. Brush with butter & turn out on cooling rack.
