Scalloped Pineapple

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Butter
  • 2 Cups Sugar
  • 4 Eggs
  • 5 Slices White Bread (torn up into small chunks)
  • 1/4 cup Milk
  • 20 oz. Can Crushed Pineapple

Preparation

Step 1

Cream together butter, sugar, & eggs. Stir in milk and small chunks of the bread. Add drained pineapple. Bake 350 degrees for one hour in a 2 qt. Casserole.
