Ingredients
- 3 Cups Diced Potatoes 1/2 Cup Celery
- 1/2 Cup Onion 1 1/2 Cups Water
- 2 Chicken Bouillon Cubes 1/2 tsp. Salt
- 2 Cups Milk 1 Cup Sour Cream
- 2 Tbs. Flour 1 Tbs. Chopped Chives
Preparation
Step 1
Combine potatoes, celery, onion, water, chicken cubes, and salt. Cover and cook about 20 minutes. Add 1 Cup of Milk, them mixture of sour cream, flour chives, and 1 Cup Milk, gradually stir in sour cream mixture into soup base. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly until thick.
