Ingredients
- Slice 2 lbs. Potatoes – 1/4 “thick
Preparation
Step 1
Layer potatoes in covered baking dish
Between each layer sprinkle with salt, pepper, garlic powder, parsley and parmesan cheese.
Add a final coating of above as a topping.
Pour in sufficient heavy cream (about 1 pint) to bring to top. You may add ½ tsp. of corn starch if you prefer a thicker sauce.
Bake uncovered 1 hour at 350 degrees.
Uncover and continue baking until brown.
