Italian Beef

Ingredients

  • 1 – 4-5 lb. Chuck Roast
  • 1 pkg. Good Seasons Italian Dressing
  • 1 Cup Water

Preparation

Step 1

Place Roast and water in Crock Pot. Cook on high for about 7 hours. Remove meat and place on plate to cool. Take fat and bones from roast and pitch. Pull meat into small pieces and return to crock pot. Put packet of dressing into - cook 3-4 more hours.
