Ingredients
- 1 1/2 Stick Butter (softened)
- 1 1/2 Cups Flour
- 1 small package Chopped Pecans
- Mix together and bake 15 – 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
- 8 oz. Cream Cheese
- 1 Cup Powdered Sugar
- 1/2 Large Container of Cool Whip
Preparation
Step 1
Mix together and add to crust layer.
2 pkgs. Instant Lemon Pudding
3 Cups Milk
Beat 2 minutes and add to second layer.
Top with remaining Cool Whip from Container and can also sprinkle with Pecans.
* Can also be done with Chocolate Pudding.
