Ingredients
- 1 3/4 c almond flour
- 1 tsp baking pwd
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1. Cup brown sugar
- 1/4 c coconut sugar
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 2 eggs. (I use 2 Tb flaxseed dissolved in 6 Tb water)
- 2 Tb milk. (Dairy free)
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 4 c GF oats
- 1/2 bag choc chips (I use dairy free)
- 1 c raisins
- 1 tsp xantham gum
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven 375. Melt coconut oil & add sugars. Add eggs, milk and vanilla. Beat in flour and stir in Oates, choc chips & raisins. Bake until just slight brown. Enjoy!
