Ingredients

  • 1 3/4 c almond flour
  • 1 tsp baking pwd
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1. Cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 c coconut sugar
  • 1/2 cup white sugar
  • 2 eggs. (I use 2 Tb flaxseed dissolved in 6 Tb water)
  • 2 Tb milk. (Dairy free)
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 4 c GF oats
  • 1/2 bag choc chips (I use dairy free)
  • 1 c raisins
  • 1 tsp xantham gum

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven 375. Melt coconut oil & add sugars. Add eggs, milk and vanilla. Beat in flour and stir in Oates, choc chips & raisins. Bake until just slight brown. Enjoy!
