Ingredients
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 2 Tbl butter
- 2 Tbl flour
- 4 1/2 C milk
- 2 1/2 cups vegetable broth
- 8 oz cream cheese, cubed
- 16 oz shredded cheddar cheese
- 20 oz frozen chopped broccoli, cooked and drained
- 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Melt butter, whisk in flour.
Add milk and veg broth. Cook and stir on medium heat for about 2 minutes. Add cream cheese, cook until melted.
Stir in remaining ingredients and cook until heated through.
