Garlic, sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 tsp dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp white wine vinegar
  • 1 tbsp very finely chopped garlic
  • salt, pinch
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley

Preparation

Step 1

In a small mixing bowl, whip egg yolk with dijon mustard, add vinegar, finely chopped garlic and salt, mix to combine. slowly add oil while whipping to incorperate the oil. Add parsley and pepper.
Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
