Overnight Oats

  • 2/3 cup Quaker Quick 1 Minute Oatmeal
  • 1/3 cup Silk Unsweetened Original Almond Milk
  • 1/3 cup Light and Fit Greek Vanilla Yogurt

Preparation

Step 1

In a mason jar, mix together oatmeal, yogurt, and milk.

Cover and let sit in fridge overnight.

When ready to eat, stir, and add toppings of your choice (fruit, honey, cinnamon, syrup...etc...)
