Ingredients

  • cup Quaker Quick 1 Minute Oatmeal

  • cup Silk Unsweetened Original Almond Milk

  • cup Light and Fit Greek Vanilla Yogurt

Directions

In a mason jar, mix together oatmeal, yogurt, and milk. Cover and let sit in fridge overnight. When ready to eat, stir, and add toppings of your choice (fruit, honey, cinnamon, syrup...etc...)
