Ingredients

  • 1 can of sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • A block of cream cheese, softened
  • Optional 1 can of cherry topping

Preparation

Step 1

Blend sweetened condensed milk, lemon juice, and cream cheese until smooth and pour into crust. Refrigerate until it sets up (couple of hours) Afterwards, the cheesecake solidifies place cherry topping on top.
