Ingredients
- 2 sticks of butter
- 2/3 c conf. sugar
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 1/4 t lemon extract
- 1/4 t vanilla
- 2 c flour
- zest of one lemon
- 375 ' oven
Preparation
Step 1
Beat butter on medium speed til fluffy.
Add sugar and egg yolk. Beat again til fluffy.
Add extracts.
Gradually mix in the flour.
Using a small scoop, scoop onto a greased or parchment lined sheet pan.
When cooled drizzle with a mixture of conf. sugar and lemon juice.
These can also just be sprinkled with the conf. sugar.
