Ingredients
- 2 c diced cooked chicken
- 3/4 c uncooked brown rice
- 1 c browned mushrooms
- 1/3 c slivered almonds
- 1/4 ts rosemary (dried, crushed)
- 1/4 tsp thyme
- 2 1/2 c unsalted chicken stock
Preparation
Step 1
Combine all and put in buttered casserole dish
Bake uncovered 20 minutes until rice is tender (around 400 degrees)
