Ingredients

    c diced cooked chicken

  • ¾

    c uncooked brown rice

  • 1

    c browned mushrooms

  • c slivered almonds

  • ¼

    ts rosemary (dried, crushed)

  • ¼

    tsp thyme

  • c unsalted chicken stock

Directions

Combine all and put in buttered casserole dish Bake uncovered 20 minutes until rice is tender (around 400 degrees)
