Cowboy Soup

Ingredients

  • 1 onion
  • 1/2 T oil
  • 1 lb. ground chuck
  • Salt & Pepper
  • 2 cans Campbell’s Chunky Style Minestrone Soup
  • 2 cans Ranch Style beans with jalapeno
  • 1 can Rotel Mild Chopped Tomatoes

Preparation

Step 1

Sauté the onion in oil until soft.

Add ground chuck and brown.

Add salt & pepper to taste and soup, beans and tomatoes.

Heat

The soup gets thicker on the 2nd day – almost like a chili.
