- 1 onion
- 1/2 T oil
- 1 lb. ground chuck
- Salt & Pepper
- 2 cans Campbell’s Chunky Style Minestrone Soup
- 2 cans Ranch Style beans with jalapeno
- 1 can Rotel Mild Chopped Tomatoes
Sauté the onion in oil until soft.
Add ground chuck and brown.
Add salt & pepper to taste and soup, beans and tomatoes.
The soup gets thicker on the 2nd day – almost like a chili.
